Dr. Catie Miller was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She attended Oregon State University for her undergraduate studies. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was elected by her professors to be inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Miller served as her dental school class President and was awarded the Patrick J. Ferrillo Award for Innovation in Student Leadership. Dr. Miller pursued her Certificate in Orthodontics, and Masters in Dental Research at Saint Louis University, Center for Advanced Dental Education.
Dr. Miller has a passion for Orthodontics and loves watching smiles and patients transform over the course of Orthodontic treatment. She values having the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Nelson in their dual specialty practice because she feels the ease of communication between them allows for seamless continuity of care, and affords the opportunity for forming a long term bond with their patients and families. Dr. Miller and Dr. Nelson have two young children (Lena and Drew) who keep them busy when they are not at the office. Dr. Catie enjoys running and yoga, and loves watching football, especially the OSU Beavers!
