We also accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company if you have any Orthodontic benefit. We are happy to verify your eligibility, submit your claim for you, and deduct that insurance contribution from your total fee. We submit these claims, and accept assignment of benefits as a courtesy to our patients, but we are not contracted with your insurance company, and do not determine their benefits nor your eligibility
